Jodoji Temple does not have a parishioner (danka) system. In recent years, funeral styles have become more diverse, and we can suggest arrangements that suit the circumstances of the bereaved family. Please feel free to contact us.

After cremation, it is also possible to hold a family funeral in the main hall.

Q About offerings (ofuse): A

There is no set amount for offerings (ofuse) made to Jodoji Temple for memorial services or funerals. If you have any concerns, please feel free to ask.

Q Can I visit to see the treasures of Miura Anjin?: A

The treasures related to Miura Anjin are not normally open to the public. However, the Kannon statue that he cherished is displayed once a year at the “Anjin Memorial Service (Anjin-ki Hoyō).” Please check Jodoji Temple’s SNS for the schedule.
